Q. How much space do I need for Sleepover Teepee Set Up?
A. Our Teepee Dimensions are 1m wide x 2m Long, we will require a minimum floor space of 4.5m x 3m to work with allowing some walk space, see below example images for configurations
Q. Can the teepees be moved once they have been set up?
A. No, once we have completed the set up for you, the teepee's must be left where they are, and never moved around or taken outside, (why?) to avoid injury or damage to the teepee's.
Q. Is there a particular floor surface required to set up Teepees?
A. Any floor surface is suitable as our Mattress's are 5 inch thick foam, comfortable enough for any surface.
Q. Can Adults fit in the Teepees ?
A. Absolutely, our teepees are large enough, with a full size single 5 inch thick foam mattress, for an adult to sleep, and sit up comfortably inside, they make for great girls night in, hens nights, baby shower, and of course the kids just love them, let your imagination run free.
Q. Do you set up the teepees, make the beds, and style?
A. We set up & style the entire theme for you, we only require a clear, clean space to work with when we arrive, we return the following day and pack up, we do all the preparation and pack up for you, allowing you to enjoy a fuss free hire.
Q. What is included in Teepee Hire?
A. Teepee theme of your choice, mattress, mattress protector, sheets, blankets, table tray, lights, buntings, and all themed accessories.
Note! For hygiene purposes we do not supply pillows.
Q. Is the bedding & accessories washed between Hires?
A. Absolutely, we maintain a high standard of hygiene, everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between hires, including waterproof mattress protectors, sheets & blankets
Q. How much does delivery cost?
A. Delivery within a 20km radius of Kurunjang, Vic, 3337, is FREE for TeePee & Candy Buffet Services, we come to you, setup, style for you & we will return and pack down the following day.
Delivery outside of 20 radius will incur a travel fee.
Q. Why do I have to pay a security bond ?
A. We have children, we know accidents happen, this covers any accidental damages, we can then replace or repair damaged items., It is fully refunded on pickup of goods in the same condition.
Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. Yes, Contact Us 7 days prior to booking for all cancellations, we require a booking deposit $30 which is Non-Refundable on cancellations less than 7 days prior to booking.
